Temu/Skynet Customer Service sucks!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Temu order delivered via Skynet "partner". Their delivery email forces you to click on a link to a payment form that then requires you to click yet another link to a SARS Customs form. There are NO instructions. You must complete MISSING fields such as "Importer Code", "VAT Number" and check SARS Import Control options. It took many HOURS to finally reach a Customer Service person just to complete that form. Then they demanded a copy of my ID card. It is not the customer's responsibility to complete the Carrier's SARS requirements. Furthermore this is NOT the "easy" experience TEMU has promised. Never buying anything from them again, period.
