Temu parcels given low importance

My parcel went out twice for delivery and even after making prior arrangements for delivery they still could not deliver. I suspect that Skynet fools their clients by scanning items out for delivery but it never goes out. Their service are utterly disgusting. Your credibility as a top tier courier company is perthatic. It's a shame that the east London branch has incompetence to such an extend.
