Temu has decided to use this *********** courier company and I am awaiting my package for delivery. They sent me a request to pay the ridiculous government enforced duty tax, with no payment amount or a link to where to pay. I spent 24hrs stressing, screaming and crying because no one bothered to reply to my 3 emails, 5 phone calls (which kept getting cut off) or WhatsApp messages. I even had to contact Temu customer care for assistance which they too never offered, and eventually to keep my sanity I cancelled my entire order. I am still awaiting some kind of response from Skynet with no end in sight.
