Such Pathetic service

Pathetic service, no update no nothing from them. Try and and track on their Website it says package status not found. I then decide to call them, waited for 10min for my call to be answered, was told to hold while checking with their driver. Was holding more than 20min. Close down if you dont want to work!!!!
