Study materials not delivered

Waybill Number: UNP***<br> <br> I never received my study material to date however your system shows that my study material was received by me on the 10 Feb. On the 08 Feb it was received by our offices in Johannesburg and by Vereeniging branch on 10 Feb at 06:19 according to your system it was dispatched and delivered to me the same day on the 10 Feb 2015 at 10:00.I never received or signed for the delivery of the study material. I phoned Vereeniging branch on *** and requested if my study material could be delivered as I will be leaving for work to Nelspruit, my request was never actioned and I left without my study material. Please update your system as I don't have my study material and send it back to Unisa as there is no use of keeping it at your offices.
