Study Material Not Delivered.

My study material has been despatched on the 15 Feb 2020.I still haven't received a call or delivery. Please be so kind and follow up. On the tracker the 20th Feb the parcel was out on delivery. Yet, still no delivery. I have requested that the courier should contact me on my cellphone when at the security gate. This is such a disservice and unprofessional logistic company.Regards
