Hi, my Unisa study material has reached your Rustenburg branch on the 14 January. Today is the 27 January and my material has not been delivered. I have called your Rustenburg branch countless times and if your employees are not promising to call me back, they hang up the phone on me and don’t pick up when I call back and are very rude.
