<p>Received a call from a person saying they are from Skynet and said my address on my Unisa Parcel is incomplete - no physical address listed. This was incorrect as the address is clearly marked on the parcel.</p> <p>Skynet delivered my Unisa parcel the same day. The parcel was 'scruffy'.</p> <p>The DIGIBAND is missing. This item is clearly reflected on the Unisa Inventory Letter.</p> <p>There is a small hole in the corner plastic - not noticeable until it was looked for.</p> <p>This is unnacceptable.</p>

I have received a new digiband but am not sure if this was resolved by Unisa or by Skynet SA as, after the initial communication, Skynet SA has not contacted me.
