Still Waiting on Delivery

My Delivery via [URL Removed] was sent with Skynet. It was said to be delivered by latest Monday the 30th of November. Since then I haven't received status updates or a new date and time of delivery. I have tried calling 4 times already and each time there is some excuse as to why they cant give me an updated time/date of delivery. On my 5th time calling, the consultant said that my parcel is still sitting at the warehouse and asked when I would like it to be delivered!?!?!? So if I hadn't phoned in would they have just left my parcel at the warehouse? I am still currently waiting for a status update on when my item will be delivered.
