Still waiting for parcel..... no service what so ever.

My package has been at your Cape Town branch since Wednesday last week. Friday we received an SMS to say it was out on delivery. It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting for it. We called twice yesterday and was initially told it was being delivered and then we were told it would be today. The phone number remains engaged today and WhatsApps are not answered. The website indicated appointment required? Why? We have been waiting for this parcel for 3 days!!!!! And are still waiting. PLEASE DELIVER AS A MATTER OF PRIORITY.
