Still waiting for my UNISA study material

<p>I really do not understand how and why UNISA continues to use this company to deliver our study material and expect us to pass. I was promised to receive my study material on the 13 February 2017 and up until the date of this email, I haven't received any study material. My assignments are to be submitted from the 8th of March and I do not understand how am I going to do this if Skynet is still with my study material now. When I call I am always promised that I will receive it tomorrow. We are paying a lot of money to study through UNISA and having to fail because one did not receive the relevant documentation on time is unacceptable.</p>
