Still waiting for my parcel more than a week

Please assist me as am struggling to get my parcel from Skynet, phone just rings the stuff very unfriendly and they don't help at all. They will just put you on hold until the phone hangs up. I feel this is really unprofessional and I dont know why Vodacom still using their services , their drivers are the most ruthless drivers.
