Still Waiting for delivery -payment made 20 December 2017

This is a terrible courier company, they ask you to pay customs and their fee immediately and then no communication and no delivery.Apparently my shipment was out on delivery on the 27th of December but then who knows................ Despite numerous calls and emails, I have not received my shipment and NOBODY can tell me when I will. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I am going to ask the company in the UK that I buy from to use another logistics company for my orders or I will not order from them again.
