Still waiting for delivery

I have been waiting for my package from Skynet for two weeks now. Upon query, I was called to be informed that my package is still in customs awaiting clearance as I had not sent proof of payment.<br> <br> I sent proof of payment to Mpho on the 9th of November , and she sent an email confirming receipt.<br> <br> No one has informed me further about the status of my parcel, or what happened to the proof I had sent on the 9th.<br> <br> I paid for express delivery as I need the parcel quite urgently, and to be told I hadn't sent proof of payment when I had is upsetting.<br> <br> Kindly let me know where my shipment is and when I should expect to receive it as I am still waiting.<br> <br>
