Still no sign of delivery been in London for days still not moved

Package has been London for days emailed skynet for delivery date and still no reply checked again today and still no movement don't go through skynet use FedEx as you never now if or when the parcel will arrive what a joke

Surely booking should of already been arranged to be collected to be taken to destination but it's been on the same square since the 28th November it arrived in uk on Friday in the morning it's meant to be express but still no movement
