Still no action after 4 complaints

I am a student at Unisa. I registered early last year to receive my books early so that I could get a head start with my studies. My books was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of December 2014. For some unknown reason the driver did not deliver my parcel. According to Skynet's system the reason was that its a bad address. This is totally impossible because on the system it states that they have delivered to this address twice in the past. The parcel then went back to Johannesburg and back to unisa.

I have spoken to FOUR different employees at Skynet to try and sort this mess out. TWO OF WHICH WERE SUPERVISORS. Every person promised me that they will phone me back on the same day. Not one of these people phoned me back. It is now two months since I registered and I still do not have any study material. Unisa will not give an extension just because of this bad service. I work full time and only have nights to study and do assignments. I know have two months less to study because of Skynet's bad service. I have no idea where my books are or when I will receive them.
