Still awaiting for my parcel in customs clearance

Hi <br> <br> I ordered a parcel from China at Asia Fashion Wholesale. It took 5 days for the parcel to get to South Africa, that was on the 30th of January.<br> MY parcel was detained by customs due to commercial invoice not received. This was not communicated to me AT ALL. I had to phone several people to get hold of customs department at Skynet (Airport) who informed me that i need to send them an Invoice. SO i did email the invoice to Hendrick on the 16th but still my parcel hasn't been cleared by customs. How long is this gonna take?? i was supposed to receive my parcel between the 02 -05 of February but now as i write this its the 21st!!! My business has stopped running because of this.....<br> <br> Poor Poor Customer service.
