*****sters and bunch of ****mers

SkyNet Witbank branch are ****mers and *****sters never ever use them no matter how desperate you are, I waited to receive my package from Vodacom for over a week only to receive a message from Vodacom that my package has been delivered, as shocked as I was I phoned skynet to enquire as to why is there a POD on my package when i have not received my package, the consultant called the branch manager, i explained that i never received the package and she said that it was delivered to me, when she checked the proof that was submitted there was only an invoice and id copy without proof of residence, she called the driver who delivered then the driver forwarded the proof of residence, i asked the lady to send me those documents, she did via whatsup when i checked them they are all ****, the id copy is **** the bank statement is ****, we called the driver again to verify me and the location he met with me the details of how he describes me are incorrect and the location he says he met with me are incorrect, then the branch manager said to me she then needs to write a report and log a ***** case, it has been almost a month now I’m not getting feedback, if i don’t call they don’t, Vodacom says they can’t help me i need to deal with skynet , now I’m paying for a phone that was never delivered to me all thanks to Vodacom and skynet but I’m definitely not letting this matter go one way or the other they will resolve this
