Step up please. We don't need more bad service.

Would have liked to be warned at least a day before a possible delivery, which took place over a weekend - and then off course I wasn't home. And then the struggle to reschedule because they don't answer their e-mail, and it is a struggle to get hold of them by phone. Two days later I managed to talk to somebody, but only on the 6th try and holding on for about 10 minutes. Am I impressed by their service? NOT AT ALL.
