*****ING FOOD FROM SPCA DOGS

Having answered the plight of the Kempton Park SPCA that ran out of food, knowing that I would not be able to make it there myself before Saturday I ordered 25kgs of dog food to be delivered by Friday afternoon. This was not done. Instead I received an sms at 17h26 to say whoops, Skynet wasn't able to do its job. Now it was too late to do anything. I followed up with Takealot on Monday morning and was advised that it had been dispatched again and delivery would take place during the day. This didn't happen. I had to follow up with them at 4pm and guaranteed that it would be delivered by 5pm. Somehow between 4pm-5pm the Skynet driver went AWOL with the SPCA food. When I followed up AGAIN this morning I was told that Skynet says that they never received the package. This is disgraceful, given that I received notifications saying that my package was with the courier and en-route. Was he en-route to have a cup of tea with me? And he never arrived... again. This morning after insisting that the delivery take place before 10am, Skynet says that they can't do this because they have other deliveries to do 1st. really? After my delivery is now 3 and a half days late?<br>
