STAY FAR AWAY, THEY DONT DELIVER

Worst service ever, my parcel has been with them since 27 March. I have been calling daily, a few times a day, sending emails, every time I am on hold for 20+ minutes or the call cuts out.

Lies I have been told on the phone: A manager will call you Someone will call you back You wont be disconnected Your parcel is out for delivery today between 3-5 No one was there for your parcel

ALL lies, I have 24/7 security. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Deliver my parcel!
