Specific Client requests being ignored

On 3 different occasions I have called the call center to book a delivery. On each of those occasions they have asked me the question do you need a large truck to collect the items? Each time I have answered yes, please I need a larger truck. On each collection they ignore the question and sent a small truck. My question is why even ask the question in the first place if you dont listen to the answer!!! I am so frustrated dealing with this.
