Snynet - USELESS

I cannot believe that companies like Skynet are still in business. They are useless. Cannot get hold of them on the phone. When I track my parcel they say I was not available on a specific day, But I was home all day. So drivers are lying. Still waiting for parcel 2 weeks since it was loaded onto the vehicle. PATHETIC !!!!!
