SNAIL NET

Same as all other complaints. Pathetic service! Received an SMS informing me that my delivery was out for delivery and that I should be at home to ensure I receive it. Then they don't show! Instead of delivering the next available day, I am informed it will only be out on delivery the next day... The item had already been handed to them 5 days ago. Logistics are pathetic and calls to their call centre takes forever to get through to an agent! They should be call 'SNAIL NET'!
