Sms for Successful Delivery received but No Deliver/Parcel received by me

I have used closed to 150 of airtime calling with regards to my parcel, I am so furious right now, receiving an sms about my Vodacom parcel that it was successfully delivered which is a lie.

I was told I will get my parcel yesterday and will get a call, no one called me.

Vodacom truly needs to change their courier 😡😡
