Slow delivery

On 11 June 2024, I ordered 2 phones from Incredible connection online, the phones were Xiaomi A2 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 13. This guys only delivered one phone, I have been waiting and following up with no success. Now we struggle to get hold of you. Why did you only delivered one when I ordered 2?
