Slow and unreliable

I paid for the Collection today delivery tomorrow by 10:30 option I dropped off my very important packet on 22/06/25 (Sunday) at a 3@1 which meant it was meant for pick up on 23/06/25 (the next business day) which meant delivery by 24/06/25 at 10:30 as it says on the waybill document AND what I paid for

It’s now 24/06/25 and my package hasn’t been delivered
