Absolutely shocking how this courier company simply shifts the blame to SARS customs for taking their time with my shipment..

Firstly i receive a mail with several deadlines and possible penalties if i dont pay in time. Even though i paid immediately and paid extra bank charges to release funds immediately, on Thursday, its now Tuesday of the following week, i still have no delivery date or any correspondence unless i phobe them.

The cheek to charge R230 admin fee on top of my custons and VAT, but receive no service for this fee.

Poor to say the least

I can never get the time back you took from me. The parcel im expecting has important contents which i need asap.

To be fair, I was never impatient or rude, but you have abused my goodwill and will make sure the big company in the UK i ordered from, will consider going back to DHL.
