I would not even rate this company. I sell on BobShop and, unfortunately, they persist on using SkyNet as one of their 'preferred' courier companies. I am now waiting for SkyNet to pick up a parcel from me. Three days now, and I have tried phoning them EIGHT TIMES with no success. NOBODY ANSWERS. How this company manages to stay in business is unbelievable!!! This is the third time I have had to send a parcel through SkyNet (BobShop) and EVERY TIME A DISASTER!!!! This will be the last time I will ever use them. The service is pathetic!!
