I received an SMS on 08 January 2019 @ 8am to let me know to expect delivery within 24 to 48 hours. When I track the package on the site, the last update is from 08 Jan stating that is out for delivery. I called today in the morning and was told that it would be queried and I was to be transferred to queries, the number just rang and I had to eventually hang up. I called again around 11am and was told that they tried to deliver it on Tuesday 08 Jan 2019 but no one was there to collect. This is absurd as the address I provided always has someone there. I was advised by the agent I spoke to that she would ask for the package to be delivered again and would call me back. I have received no call back and no confirmation of what is going on. The tracking option on their site is still suck showing "out for delivery" on 08 Jan 2019. If they did try to deliver on 08 Jan 2019 (that is a big if) and were unable to get someone to collect, then why has no one made contact with me? I would just like my package delivered to me asap, some honest feedback and actual updates....
