Skynett absolutely horrible service

Don't want to give them a rating. They don't deserve one. They do not answer phone calls. I've been waiting for delivery for w weeks now. I require My license disc's. The drivers just state bad address on the references. Who do we hold liable. Do we create a class action suite? Right now it seems with all the bad reviews it is the only option. Customer service is poor. We cannot track and tra e parcels and to top it of it is the courier service the government and vodacom uses. What do we do to get feedback out of these people When will threats be justifiable whilst it's not. Please can anyone have the common decency to respond to all the enquiries. Or is the jobs just another pay check for doing nothing. Where is the pride. I am speechless as to how little their customers matter. I had one answer. It was a helo and the phone was dropped by a male worker. It's time we go the extra mile and do something about this problem.
