Skynet's shocking service

They don't deserve a star but had to put one in order to leave a review. There telephone service is non existent and their delivery service is no better. They said they tried to deliver a parcel twice in a day but nobody was there to receive it. This is not possible as PEP has thousands of staff in their head office as well as a security guard. I have sent emails to info as well as customer care and I've even left a message on their FB page with no response from any platform.
