Skynet’s service is **********.

My experience with Skynet has been the worst! They just don’t value or take peoples money and time seriously. I have been waiting for an order that was meant to be delivered on Friday and today it is Tuesday. They have sent messages saying the parcel will be delivered but no one shows up. On their site on Friday the delivery status changed to “cosignee” not available, how am I not available if you didn’t even come to my house? Than Monday morning a text came again saying the driver is coming and nothing. Their call centre is the worst!! They say we are calling the driver and than hang up. They don’t even deserve a single star
