Skynet worthless and pathetic. eNatis should get another courier. I will NEVER use them.
Their service is pathetic. eNatis uses Skynet as courier of choice. I had to put my life on hold for two days because my package is "out for delivery". They did not show up on the date. Their phone number just rings and you cannot leave a message. They do not respond to e-mail queries. I did get through after hours to be told the driver is on his way and will be by my house in the next half hour. He never pitched in time. Skynet is absolutely worthless and pathetic. eNatis should find another courier.

03 Oct 2024, 17:36My package was eventually delivered at 17h28, despite the call centre guaranteeing me it will be delivered by 16h00. I had to put my life on hold for two days "to ensure somebody is available to receive the package with their ID handy". The driver just offered a lame apology.
