unisa uses skynet as courier of their study material. WORST DECISION OF UNISA YET! it takes the Elandsfontein branch of Skynet 3 days not to even touch a package unless the recipient phones to find out when the package is going to be delivered. THEN they promise delivery and never show. Then they promise AGAIN delivery on Saturday and never show. <br> BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND ATTIDUE OF CALL CENTRE STAFF. <br> <br>
