Skynet- Worst logistics company

I am very disappointed with Skynet. I am patiently waiting for a delivery of my cellphone from Vodacom. It has been out on delivery from Monday, 4 x failed deliveries. I called the call center 4 times today and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When the agent did pick up, she put me on hold for a further 45 minutes trying to locate the driver and the dropped the call. They do not respond to emails, calls or whatsapp messages. Do not use Skynet, your parcel will never reach its destination, They are only good at failed deliveries.
