Skynet worst experience

I had a very bad experience with Skynet, on the 1st of February 2020,a certain delivery guy called me to deliver my study books and requested me to meet him at the mall, I asked nicely since when do we meet at malls, I've always received my parcel in my door step, he refused and started shouting at me and told me that on weekends he doesn't do house deliveries, I asked that he must atleast come to my passage he still refused and left with my books, when I later called surprisingly he was at another location delivering there while to me he said he will only deliver at malls, I had to run after him and later asked my husband to try wait for him at plaza since I was desperate for my books, but I'm still wondering with all the ****ings happening in our country, why does he expect us to do meet ups for a service we have paid for, worst experience with this courier company
