Skynet worst ever

This is the absolute worst company in the world. They misrouted my package and now I have to deal with the inconvenience. Their systems went down and then I paid twice for customs and they failed to inform me that their systems was messing up. I hate this company more than words can even explain. This company should never even exist for how *********** they are. Their systems are down yet again. Now I have to keep on making phone calls just to get through to an agent. They keep on dropping me. I really hope this company closes down for how they operate. This is the worst service ive ever had in my life. They clearly dont know what they are doing. Their customer services is the only part thats actually okay. But even then why should I end up paying R800 just to get my package when they are the ones that *****ed up. This is unacceptable.
