Skynet - worst delivery company ever!!!
2nd time Skynet get my postal code wrong. Parcel delivered to wrong address. Returned to sender, no info for more than 5 days on tracking number. No answer when trying to phone customer service. Emailed and logged a ticket (104672), ticket is closed without any feedback! This is absolutely ridiculous. It takes longer for a parcel to be delivered from Johannesburg to Pretoria than from China to Johannesburg.

I did add the ticket number to the post for you to attend to the details. I have requested Skynet to phone me numerous times as well.
