Skynet - WORST couriers EVER!!!

If I could give less than one star I would! Skynet sent me a message on 30/10 stating that my package would be delivered that day! It can and went and nothing. On THURSDAY 03/10 after spending an hour on hold I finally got hold of skynet only to be told that my delivery address was wrong. There was no house number. Could the driver not have phoned and requested this from me?? After this I was then told that they would make sure it was delivered on 04/10. Today is 07/10 and STILL NO DELIVERY!!! No I’ve been told skynet has sent my parcel BACK to vodacom! The exact opposite of what they said! What’s the point of having a call center when no one is willing to assist and words aren’t kept! Disgusting customer service!
