Skynet - Worst Courier Service!

Absolutely appalling service.

Tried calling the local Skynet branch in Durban multiple times, they never answer. My call was answered once and I was told that they will check and get back to me?!

Tried calling the national helpline, that was a complete waste of my time and money. On hold for over 15 minutes at a time and then eventually the call will cut.

Emailed - No response! Tried to chat to their so called support on the website - No response!
