Skynet - worst courier in South Africa

Skynet has got to be the worst courier service in South Africa. I am a seller on Bobshop, and a couple of times now it has happened that packages have not been collected. The first time I had to book another courier, and pay out of pocket for delivery, after a week passed and they failed to show up. This is now the second time, it has been a week and still no collection. It is extremely difficult to get through to their call-centre. On another occasion they were a few days late, I held on for half an hour before I got through, and only then did they collect.

I did send an email, but I don't expect an answer to be honest. Do not use Skynet, you will tear your hair out in frustration, especially if you are a business - you will lose customers.
