Skynet, worst courier company to ever exist!!!!!

I'd like everyone out there to know how bad skynet is! Skynet Rustenburg branch received my parcel from Buffalo logistics on 15/04/24 and still haven't delivered. I've called multiple times, they don't answer and I've sent emails too, instead their customer care keeps on copying and pasting same communication as response. I'm honestly disappointed and hurt as my parcel has been out on delivery since 18/04/24 till today. What upsets me the most is the false information they keep on updating on their tracking process saying "delivery exception:Consignee not available" which is not true. They don't communicate at all, you have to beg them until you get your parcel. I wish something can be done about skynet.they have really bad customer service and they are rude. I attempted to negotiate to collect my parcel but that also failed as they ignore my calls. All I want from them is to give me my parcel and I wish Buffalo logistics can stop being in business with them. They don't even deserve that one star rating. Bad for business, bad customer service, the worst courier company ever!
