Skynet- Worst Courier Company

The worst courier company ever. We have been waiting for delivery from Skynet since 3 December. The travking number shows that the items have been in their warehouse since 14 December. We have called and sat on the phone for 45 minutes on 3 occasions only to hear " Your call is important to us" yet nobody answers. We have sent two emails and have not even received so much as an acknowledgement thereof. Absolutely the worst courier company. An agent from Samsung contacted us directly to say Skynet apologise for the inconvenience and that they would deliver ASAP.......still waiting and have yet to hear from Skynet via phone call or email. Anyone looking for a courier company, STAY AWAY FROM.SKYNET!
