Skynet Worldwide the worst of the worst couriers in South Africa

Worst courier company I have ever had to work with. First they don’t send any updates regarding delivery. Then after being on hold for hours i finally get told they are on their way with the package and I will receive it that day. Fast forward to the next day still nothing no update, nothing. The later the day I see the driver in my area outside driving so I assume I will maybe actually receive my package like the tracking is saying. After about 3 hours of sitting waiting for the driver I see him drive up to the complex gate and then stop and drive away. A couple minutes later the tracking is updated to a failed delivery. How is it failed if he didn’t even attempt to go to the gate. He did even give me enough time to walk to the gate before driving off. After that i tried calling the customer service, where I only get put in hold for a couple of hours in a loop.
