Skynet worldwide Poor service

This companies service is terrible. It takes about 5-10 minutes to have your call answered. Last week for 3 days they sent an sms that my parcel would be delivered before end of day and it wasn't. On friday at 15:30 their drivers logged that consignee was not available yet I received no call and was not contacted despite being at home to receive the delivery. After reaching someone yesterday they mentioned it will be delivered today, yet no updates on tracking the waybill number.
