SKYNET WORLDWIDE IS A BAD CHOICE FOR COURIER SERVICES

The short and sweet version. We took a new mobile phone deal with #telkom. With the #samsung phone you get the #samsung earbuds and #samsung watch. In store activation and confirmation from #samsung to have the delivery of said add-ons within a few workdays. We started following up after the number of workdays with #samsung and they said our products should have been delivered. We must contact Skynet as they are doing the deliveries. We went onto the website for Skynet, and it shows that they tried to deliver only once to the wrong provided address and never tried to phone to the listed phone numbers to make new times or get the correct address to schedule a new delivery time and date. We left messages on the complaints/ contact us part of the website and no responses. We tried calling them but there is no answer, or the number does not exist. Up to this current day and time, no feedback from them and the effort on their part was one failed call and one failed address with no follow up or trying to connect with the client. #samsung should look at another courier company because this puts you in a bad light because of poor service delivery.
