On 18 March I received a sms to say my parcel will be delivered between 8 and 5. On 19 March at 08:15 their app stated that my parcel was received in Kimberley. On 20 March at 09:25 their app stated that my parcel was out on delivery. On 20 March I called them twice, could not get through and left my number. On 20 March at 21:32 I received a sms to state delivery failed. The weekend intervened and on 24 March I called again and left my number. I then phoned their HO in Germiston and left my number. Now, at 11:27 I still have had no calls, their app is not updated and I still do not know what the situation is
