Skynet worldwide express Sucks

!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On the 7th of april 2025 I placed an order on temu. The order was sent to skynet for delivery.

Order details: *** SKY***

On the 17 April 2025 the parcel was out for delivery but did not reach my address. No reason given.

On the 23 April 2025 again, out for delivery, the driver contacted me he is standing infront of my house and nobody home. *I was at home waiting for the parcel*. The driver confirmed he is in cape town and I stay in atlantis. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS CAPTURED.

I contacted custormer care via Email and confirmed my delivery address to them on the 23 April 2025. Skynet Replies: "WE WILL FOLLOW UP", no one came back to me even after I send numerious emails to ***

Today on the 29 April 2025, another delivery attempt at the WRONG ADDRESS again.

Take note I did confirm my delivery address after the first wrong attempted delivery.

Skynet world wide express I will never again make use of your service nor TEMU again. Your customer service sucks, Your team is unorganised, you do not notify the customer when the parcel is out for delivery you just send the parcel with hope that someone is at home ( wasting of company petrol and time) , you are wasting my time, your management sucks and that's why your staff feels like they can be unprofessional and not put any effort in to be productive.

Your call centre is always 56 calls away... but still do not get through. Wasting the customers airtime.
