Skynet Worldwide Express - Simply impossible to contact any of the customer service facilities

I have received a message from the merchant that Skynet cannot get hold of me to deliver my package with tracking number ***.

I subsequently tried to contact the Skynet customer service number on *** to no avail as I was kept on the phone by an automated answering service for more than 30 minutes on 2 occasions. I then sent more than 20 emails to *** without any reply. Lastly, I tried their whatsapp facility on +***4 however no repsonse. Not even sure if the whatsapp facility works. I am very frustrated and concerned that my parcel will be sent back to the merchant, which would instigate double the import taxes and duties, which would be unacceptable.
